Nothing but Jugglers  (2006) by M.E.Naylor

A picture containing nothing but jugglers presents something of a problem: a juggler must have objects to juggle. Since the picture contains nothing but jugglers, there is only one choice for what those object must be: they must themselves be jugglers.

And these jugglers which are being juggled must also be juggling jugglers, and so on ad infinitum.

This is an example of a fractal, a self-similar figure which duplicates and repeats itself on smaller and smaller scales.
